Thanks for this compelling work. An intimate look at what life — and life after — is like for soldiers. I appreciated the film’s depth and honesty. I felt for each of these men.
Thank you Marines of the 3/1 for your bravery, service and enormous sacrifice.
I have seen documentaries about many things, many wars and many situations where selfless gallant effort was made toward others. This documentary, made about a platoon/squad of Marines, in what proved to be another defining moment in Marine Corps lore and history made me mesmerized. No cuts, no censorship just a story told by the men involved, in their own words. What they were like before, during and now, years later, what they have become and where they are in their spirit. Marines being Marines taking care of business and never leaving anyone behind, no matter what. Semper Fidelis, Marines! You did good!
